Hon. Nelson Kyeremeh, MP for Berekum East, is one of the 8th Parliament's youngest legislators at 37.
Hon. Nelson Kyeremeh received his basic education at Berekum Methodist C Basic School. He is a former Berekum Secondary School student ( Berekum senior high school).He earned his Diploma in Basic Education from Wiaso College of Education. He received his Bachelor's degree from the Institute of Commercial Management.
He holds an Msc in leadership and governance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.
Long before becoming a member of Parliament, he was an educator who aided in the development of the nation's youth. Later, he received a job offer from AGYENGOPLUS Company Limited. He rose to the position of general manager of one of the largest clearing agencies in the nation, AGYENGOPLUS Company Limited through his hardwork and dedication to the company. He was appointed director in charge of logistics at the LABIANCA group of companies while he was still at AGYENGOPLUS.
He is currently the vice chairman of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Constitutional, Legal, and Parliamentary Affairs.
Achievement Since taken office in 2021 till date.
Education:
Since 2015, he has given each BECE candidate a mathematical set and a pen for their exam.
The best BECE candidates have also received Gh1000, student metress, a 'chop box,' and a cutlass.
He met with the Berekum East Municipal education directorate shortly after becoming a member of Parliament to discuss how education in the constituency could be improved.
The lack of seating arrangements for students in the Municipality was the major challenge that the education directorate asked to him to help solve.He has made seating available to over 2000 students in the municipality.

Health
"Through myself and my associates, I have provided a CT scan, an endoscopy machine, an x-ray machine, and monitors to the Premier Hospital in Berekum, Holy Family Hospital, in order to elevate the hospital's status from primary to secondary. This was part of my campaign pledge for the 2020 election"
"Construction of a new health facility for the good people of Biadan, my hometown, is about 70% complete."
Oforikurom, a farming community in the constituency, had a Chps Compound that had been neglected for years, posing a significant health risk to the community, which has now been renovated by the Hon. To facilitate their movement, the personnel are given a motorcycle.
