The company started at Adabraka in Accra in the year 2010, under the registered name Belorm Consulting. After two years of operation in Accra, the business was strategically moved to Techiman in the Bono East Region of Ghana by the founder Mr. Elorm Tsikplornu. In the year 2013 it was converted into a limited liability company.
As a consulting firm, it provide top quality professional consultancy services under two main service unit we call Business & Organizational Development Services and Travel Management Services. Our vision is to be a professional and competent management consultancy firm and a leader in small business consulting, with a mission of helping clients develop the strategy, motivation and accountability required to succeed in their personal and business lives.
Belorm specializes in delivering professional services in Business and Organizational Development (Business planning, Business advisory services, Corporate Training & Workshops, Accountancy Services, Organizational Redesign and Restructuring, Business Registration and Contract Application Documentation) Travel Management (Visa application assistance & documentation, Hotel and flight bookings, Ticketing, Study Abroad Programs).
 As a company we have over the years organized series of symposiums, seminars for more than Twenty (20) senior High Schools in the then Brong Ahafo Region as
 well Entrepreneurship boot camp for students of Valley View University with documentary evidences as far back as 2013 as a means of contributing to national development. We have helped registered more than five hundred business with the Registrar General Department, trained more than fifty (50) students and equip them to become entrepreneurs, secured oversea admissions and visa for more

 than hundred students to go for further studies across the world, with documentary evidence to that effect. Up to date we have fruitful business relationships with more than Five Thousand Clients which will still consult for.

The company has a vibrant and competent management team with expert knowledge, led by Mr. Elorm Tsikplornu, an Organizational Development Certified Consultant by the Institute of Organizational Development (IOD-USA), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK), and a three (3) times National Business plan competition winner. Elorm is a strategic thinker with more than Ten (10) years of experience in Business and Travel Management issues. He has the passion for building businesses and growing them into multinationals. He is very ambitious, purposeful and pays great attention to detail with a practical approach to problem solving. He is currently a managing partner of Prosco Metal Engineering & Trading Company Ltd (a metal engineering company in Techiman) and also a Managing Partner at Ghanan Fresh Meat Company Limited.
